1: Compensation below industry standards: The salary offered is lower than the average level； Even though my performance was good, the bonus rate did not reach the percentage mentioned in the offer. 2: Ineffective management practices: The company lacks a supportive management structure. Feedback from senior management is neither helpful nor respectful, and there are no semi-annual one-on-one discussions. Moreover, upper management shows a lack of interest in the career development and learning opportunities for employees in US. 3: Termination without severance: Job security is bad. Employees are laid off without any severance package, indicating a lack of financial support during transitions. 4: Unproductive use of notice period: During the notice period, also referred to as bench days, employees are required to engage in compliance training activities that do not contribute to their professional growth or the company's needs, suggesting inefficient use of resources and time. Also, bench start date was not notified in time.
