Pros

- Interface with the world's largest clients - Potential for travel - Networking

Cons

- The firm exploits their managers who move to the US on a visa to boost margins. (Partners get free and highly valuable labor from managers working weekends and late weeknights afraid of losing their visas, almost always pressured not to bill those hours to the client) - Working for EY is like going to work on your birthday but no one knows it's your birthday, every single day, night and weekend - Anecdotally, Management laughs about their Diversity & Inclusiveness initiative behind closed doors
