Pros

EY says they’re a great company that has amazing benefits.

Cons

The benefits aren’t real. The time off and week-long summer/winter vacations don’t exist. The firm may be closed, but many people are still expected to perform on their projects on the off time. “Unlimited vacation” is also sketchy. Anytime people ask off, they’re guilt tripped.

Pros

Self-agency allows you to work on the projects you want and at the times you want.

Cons

Workload is immense. Sometimes self-agency means nothing when you are performing fire drills all week long, for weeks at a time.
