Empty Words and Promises

Pros

Coworkers are wonderful to work with everyday.

Cons

Management, including leadership, are not tapped into the company. They don't know what is going on with everyday operations. Tend to make promises but then fall through on their commitment with both clients and employees.

Thank you for the review. We’re sorry to hear that you don’t feel that leadership is mindful of day-to-day activities in the company. We work hard to provide all employees a voice and encourage everyone to speak up if they see improvements to be made that aren’t being addressed. Regarding your perception of falling through on commitments, transparency within the organization is a critical element of our approach. Integrity is one of our core values, we work towards this value with communication, honesty, and forthrightness. This instills trust in hundreds of employees and thousands of clients, and are sorry that was not your experience.

Pros

EZLinks is the best at what they do and they know that. Most of the products are the top in the industry (when working correctly) . Customer base is extremely strong which helped during the sales cycle. Coworkers are fantastic. Sales incentives were alright

Cons

Post acquisition was an absolute nightmare. The company was so focused on selling that they didn't provide training or necessary sales tools. Upper level management was a nightmare to deal with mainly because even they didn't know the answers. STOP PREACHING YOU ARE GOLF'S MOST VALUED PARTNER

Thanks for the feedback. And thanks for saying that we're the best at what we do! Very kind words indeed. As with any corporate acquisition, there are bound to be hurdles and challenges. And rest assured that senior management (as well as the rest of us worker bees!) were (and are) working hard to determine the right processes, org and reporting structures, and product and brand positioning to fulfill the reasons why the acquisition was done in the first place. The sales team has been doing a great job this year and is meeting (and exceeding) their aggressive targets. This is due in small part to the tools they have at their disposal (including some new ones), but more to their diligence and hard work in managing their pipelines. Thanks very much for the review, and we wish you the best going forward.
