Pros

Office staff friendly Understanding of private life Start times are relaxed. If you come in a little early it's ok. Little bit late ok.

Cons

Company made promises and not fulfilled. I am not happy Driver writes up Dvir no immediate action. DOT likes a Eagle Transport truck when they see one...

Pros

You can make good money if you are willing to work. They pay by the load not per hour. The load dispatchers are nice and very helpful. Management work with you when you need time off. And if you need more work they will give it to you when they have it.

Cons

Best job I ever had! 👍🏿 You can't be lazy in this job expect to work 12 to 14 hours a day. Once you get better and faster you can reduce the amount of hours you work a day. Loads that took me 13 hours to do when I first started 6 months ago now takes me 10 hours to complete. Never rush when handling fuel take your time and learn how to do the job and the speed will come naturally.

Pros

There's not one positive about this place. The recruiter was nice and promised the moon but that's where it ended

Cons

Where do I start. We've only worked here a month and HATE it. The orientation only takes a couple weeks but more often then not you won't get on the road for 2+ weeks. They say you plan your own loads but the dm usually says no ill get ya something better. Went into the office today and was told he was suspended as in their words his license expired. He had the paper saying it was renewed along w his pic I'd and said he was waiting for the pic id. He had emailed a pic of it to his dm and they said that's not acceptable. It's acceptable in all 50 states but not for celadon/eagle?? Husband has worked 70 hrs and does everything they ask him to do and we are still broke. Needless to say we are looking for a new job. Stay away unless you want to bankrupt yourself!!
