Pay is ok but Dispath and upper management is horrible

Pay and loads are good

Cons

Dispath and upper management only cares about the loads not the driver. Terminal manager yells, harass, calls drivers out of their name. Dispath and call center is lazy and never answer the phones.

Supervisor and management are good people. Coworkers and dispatch are helpful and respectful. Very good training program. Local delivery home daily

Cons

Long 12 hour shifts. The pay is not consistent with the work performed. This should be a hourly wage position not piece work. Equipment is old and worn-out.
