Pros

Really good people that are not managers - the people that get everything done -- the day to people -- are wonderful to work with...

Cons

There is absolutely no leadership - only managers that thrive on calling themselves that. There is no process for employees or customers -- people are let go on a whim if your manager doesn't like you -- absolutely zero protocol or guardrails. Zero KPI's for customer engagement to ensure their customers thrive
