Pros

Good work-life balance. HR makes an honest effort to make the company a good place to work. The company has well established hierarchy and, in general, it is clear what is needed to move up, depending on the manager. Decent benefits. Most of the people you find there are good people and they are nice to work with and most people conduct themselves with good work ethic. There are a few people on the technical side whom you can learn a lot from.

Cons

Big silos, it seems each department has its own plan. There is a "us vs them" feeling between departments and there is lots of finger-pointing. among them. Some managers seem to be just trying to build their own little kingdom regardless of the overall needs in the company. Everything moves very slow. Top management feels very amateurish in their decisions.
