      Pros

      Facilities, People, Products and Services. Working with the top financial services entities in the country and developing/delivering solutions that protect both the FI's and the consumers from fraud and ID theft.

      Cons

      You must be on your A-Game to work here - lots of moving parts and expectations are high. Job training could be improved.

      Pros

      Great pay, nice building, snacks and k-cup coffee provided, concierge service, casual dress, and good location.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, Micromanagement, Micromanagement, did I mention Micromanagement! At times the management team can be hostile and cause undo stress. Many employees are afraid to even be social while at work in fear of being caught not working. The computer systems are on lock down (understood with the business they are in) but sometimes you can't even do your job based on these security restrictions. There is an elite group of managers/employees that seem to run things and get things done - if you are not part of this group then you will feel left out.

      Nice building, great coffee machine, nice location, offers some benefits.

      Cons

      Combative management style, the employees have to be some of the grumpiest people I have ever worked with. Good morning could be taken as an assault!
