Pros

nice office, friendly people, good benefits

Cons

The company lacks direction at all levels. There were frequent leadership changes in the short time I worked there, including a new CEO, CMO, CPO and more. This led to multiple rounds of layoffs of good employees so new Chief Officers could make their mark. This also caused frequent changes in strategic direction with projects abandoned for the next big thing. The company wants to be a fintech player, but it is owned by seven huge banks so getting things approved takes forever. Senior Managers are not empowered to take initiative and the culture is extremely conservative. The corporate structure is the opposite of quick and nimble. They claim to be "people first" but are quick to lay people off in order to hit revenue targets. What a joke.

Pros

Work from home and unlimited PTO.

Cons

Poor leadership at the highest level. The one good potential was the CEO who recently jumped ship. Dated management style and unwilling to explore modern work framework...unless it's woke ESG emotional inclusiveness. This is where careers go to die. Keep looking, unless you're okay with antiquated procedures and technology. It was one of the most frustrating and dead end jobs I've ever held.

Pros

Was a great place the first 8 years. Then the CISO got butt hurt. He got temporarily promoted to CTO and ran off all the good staff when they told him his tech plans wouldn't work. He hired new management that conformed to his will....they went along with him...wasted more than 15 million dollars on tech that never worked....now there doing it the way all the previous staff recommended.

Cons

Hired incompetent chronies consistently from the place where they all came. Ruined that place now ruining this place.
