Pros
nice office, friendly people, good benefits
Cons
The company lacks direction at all levels. There were frequent leadership changes in the short time I worked there, including a new CEO, CMO, CPO and more. This led to multiple rounds of layoffs of good employees so new Chief Officers could make their mark. This also caused frequent changes in strategic direction with projects abandoned for the next big thing. The company wants to be a fintech player, but it is owned by seven huge banks so getting things approved takes forever. Senior Managers are not empowered to take initiative and the culture is extremely conservative. The corporate structure is the opposite of quick and nimble. They claim to be "people first" but are quick to lay people off in order to hit revenue targets. What a joke.
