Pros

Good people are doing the work and keeping the lights on.

Cons

Where did the board find these c level ? They are the worst I have seen. They come and go and bring their arrogant friends. HR helps them get rid of good performers with “re-org” and treats people with no respect. Because of that, good people left, the rest just comes to the office three times a week because that’s the only thing HR and c level know how to report and measure. Everyone is focusing on the newest product only and the legacy won’t last long. They will do more “re-org” to get rid of good performers and ignore bad performers. Repeat and cycle….

It's okay

Pros

It's just an okay company. It's not a place that people seem to retire at as most of the job openings are senior level.

Cons

They expect employees to come in 3 days a week yet still hold most meetings over zoom even when being in office. New CEO made it mandatory yet people have yet to even see him in the office.
