This is not an organization a true professional wants to work in.
Pros
There is a great deal of lip service. Core values are just that. On paper. But take heart to the lip service - It makes you feel good temporarily unless you're smart enough to understand the politics of the company. Be smart, smile and thank them. Work here long enough and you'll understand the "pros" of the company. They've worked here over 10 years. They are also your cons. Keep your head low and you'll gradually reach a level of apathy - kind of like Payton place. Smile and go about your business. Great place to realize where not to be.
Cons
Watch out. I've been here over 2 years and am resigning tomorrow. Been looking for my next gig after 6 months being here. For a company that is support the banking applications of 5 major owner banks, there is much to be 'concerned about'. Ooops are swept under the rug. Bring ideas forward and they are embraced but then you hear about how you 'challenged' the strategy. It's a land mine of politics. If you want to be here, take a position that keeps you OUT of having a voice. This company is a disaster and one major breach is headed it's way. Employee beware
