Pros

Decent pay / benefits. Many talented / friendly coworkers.

Cons

Exec team is not strong with pivoting / focusing resources onto the most impactful projects. Increased offshoring has made it more difficult to solve problems.

- Good work life balance - Good compensation compared with market rate - Good learnings

Cons

- Benefits got decreased - it's a startup so not that good benefits like MNCs - Increment in India site was very less

Pros

- Collaborative, friendly team that genuinely cares about each other - Excellent benefits and work-life balance - Leadership is approachable and open to feedback - Good teamwork and good company culture

Cons

- Some internal processes (e.g., onboarding, project handoffs, requirements definition) feel overly manual or fragmented. - Occasional misalignment between teams due to a lack of standardized documentation and unclear requirements. - Decision-making can be slowed by unclear escalation paths. - No bonus was awarded last year. - Some benefits were cut globally, but this wasn’t a major issue.
