Great but no time off

Pros

The 50% off discount is amazing and you have the opportunity to meet lots of really cool people. Easy to be promoted if you work hard. The culture of the company is very open and friendly. I feel like my coworkers are my family not just my coworkers.

Cons

The pay is crap and it's rare to have a Saturday off. They keep a very small staff so getting a shift covered in an emergency can be a really big hassle. Sales goals are astronomically high and at most times too high to realistically reach. The bonus structure is only good if you're an Assistant or Store Manager.

Pros

Eclectic Product. Floor plan is constantly changing which creates a "new" store every few weeks. Good sales to bring in business. Salt Lamps!

Cons

Constant in and out of management staff, which leads to inconsistency of expectations. High theft store, causing inventory to be "off" every time
