The employee discount program is one of the best I've ever had! The customer base is super easy-going, and overall everyday you have a fun interaction.

Cons

UPPER MANAGEMENT. With yearly re-alignments in districts, some stores are constantly tossed around. Slow mall stores and put under unrealistic pressure to perform to support the current over-growth of the company. The Seattle market also just promoted a new District-Manager, who before the promotion, was leaving the company due to being unhappy with the current direction with the company. But, now that she was offered this spot, she is totally on-board with all of their current initiatives, and she has lost her voice, and he respect of the stores beneath her.

Earthbound is great for it's products and team members. Flexible schedules, all around a great company to be a part of. Praises for a job well done

Cons

Pay could be better. The company could bring in more plus sizes
