Great environment many spiritual items

Cons

Upper management criticism without help and solutions. Employees are underpaid they don’t want any full time employees and based on sales hours will be cut but expect loyalty or upset when target #s aren’t hit when working with minimal staff on hand. After being there a couple years and already being under staffed, over worked and under paid I was oh so blessed with a 10 cent raise .

-internet issues at my store often -too many avenues of communication, can get confusing sometimes
