fun environment with the right people

Pros

50% discount laid back dress code you always smell nice when you leave regular customers always come around and you build lots of great connections with people you are able to learn a lot about different things/cultures

Cons

pay was barely over minimum wage as a sales associate management was ok at times but overall made the environment not fun to work in either not enough hours or you’re being overworked for barely any income an ok job if you’re in high school or college but management needs to hire people who can actually show up at regular hours and not just high school + college students who can only work certain times.

This company is quick to help you learn about the products. And even quicker to help those willing to succeed.

Cons

Sales are the most important factor of the day. Which can create issues between staff. Even though pay is not commission based, I have seen daily numbers effect the attitude the group.
