Pros

Great discount, easy policies, chill corporate, opportunities to move up

Cons

Very low pay for the amount of work expected, DM was difficult to be open with due to rapid fire questioning and constantly changing expectations (not company’s fault)

Working At Earthbound

Pros

-The bonuses! At the end of each month, we'll sometimes get bonuses based on if we make enough sales from the previous month. -My team is wonderful and all very friendly, I have never felt left out and we all encourage each other to do our best!

Cons

-Due to covid, uncompliant customers come in without wearing masks and sometimes are very rude. -The pay is not the best since it's a retail store. -Stealing is very common because Earthbound likes to have everything open for display and nothing is really "thief-proof."
