Pros

I enjoy this company, depending on who your upper management is, it can be very rewarding and a lot of fun.

Cons

Having to fight for your sales is ridiculous. Some days are slow, progress and improvement should be measured in ways that are less black and white then did you talk to a customer before your fellow teammate was able to. Earthbound exists on the idea of harmony yet having to fight for your own goals makes a line of stress that isn't necessary.

Pros

Earthbound is an excellent company to work for. I’m less than a month from my 3 year anniversary with EB and I still love it. There’s MUCH opportunity to move up within the company, and I really feel taken care of and like they have my back. I’ve also never worked for a retail company that has options for monthly bonuses.

Cons

The pay could be better. I realize we do make pretty decent wages for a mall job, however with the expectations of the employees, I feel like it’s worth a bit more than what it is.

Pros

I have had a great experience working at Earthbound Trading Co. There are many opportunities to be promoted as most people don't wind up staying employed for more than a year. I've made great connections with my team members and I truly love and care about the product we sell. This job helped me to really enhance my customer service, communication, and time management skills.

Cons

Working at EB for the past year and a half has been a wonderful experience overall. I wish it paid better and I got better hours so I wouldn't have to pick up a second job while I'm still in college. Wages and hours are a struggle depending on the performance of your store and if it has a high volume of customers. While there are many opportunities to move up, getting promoted does not mean you will get a raise in your hourly wage unless you're moving into upper management like assistant manager/store manager.
