Very pushy on talking to customers who dont want to be talked to. All abt numbers. Sometimes not communicative abt schedule changes

I loved working here! This company really cares about its employees and wants them to succeed. They will do everything in their power to support you and help you if you need it. I loved every moment I worked here.

Cons

None, I had to leave for my own reasons, but they were great even through that.

The discount is great and most of the products being sold are interesting and fun to learn about

Cons

Low pay, lots of drama, inexperienced managers, upper management pits employees against each other, they’ll call you greedy if you ask for a raise, they make you harass customers but there is no benefit as you do not get a portion of their sales, only the company does. The current model makes the entire work experience stressful and competitive even though they claim to be “family” High turnover
