      I cannot think of any.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, failure to give feedback, blame, unprofessional behavior, poor communication, disorganization, and quiet flirting.

      Pros

      Beautiful location. The university itself has a strong sense of community and is mostly a very pleasant environment to work in.

      Cons

      Little to no room for vertical movement depending on the department. Financial management is nonexistent--money is thrown around departments and programs haphazardly with no accountability.

      Amazing schedule with tons of accrued time off. Weekends off and a steady work load that isn't overbearing.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy of a university. The work order system is vastly flawed.
