      a crazy place to work

      Pros

      The campus is beautiful and there is a lot of green space.

      Cons

      Registration is a total nightmare - students can't figure it out and there is very little help. There seems to be very little oversight of middle management. There is little investment in teaching. Faculty and staff do not feel valued.

      Pros

      I enjoyed the amount of responsibility and trust that was given to me from the beginning. The program has shown a strong desire to be successful, and has succeeded in creating a positive and inclusive culture with the players and staff that they have brought in.

      Cons

      The school itself does not do well to provide sufficient benefits for the amount of work that is asked/required which can be a deterrent for those looking for a long term commitment.
