Pros

37.5 workweek and there are some talented employees that believe in company potential

Cons

CEO has total disregard of employee morale and culture. COO knows nothing about leadership and basis decisions on pressure and total ignorance.

Pros

Very fun to work with the kids, and seeing them make progress in their programs makes you feel very accomplished and proud.

Cons

Hourly pay is a big detriment when clients can cancel sessions an hour before and employees receive no compensation (unless they were en route to client). "Paid drive time" is appealing, but you're not paid the time you are actually driving, but instead you are paid the mileage between homes and for a small fraction of your hourly rate. Also, demands a lot of hours of availability to work, but employee is not likely to be assigned clients to said hours.
