Great support among OT's, SLP's and ABA therapists overall.

Cons

HR / benefits, as well as payroll, sometimes made mistakes. You had to be on top of things and point things out if they were wrong (i.e. PTO mistakes, minor payroll mistakes, etc.)

Great oversight for an ABA company Work is very meaningful Supervisors usually good at giving helpful feedback and praise Non-profit ensures you're serving the clients Good base pay Company does a decent job advocating for disability rights (certainly very far above par)

Cons

Hard to maintain hours Work can be stressful Don't see a lot of your coworkers Can't choose when to take breaks or meal periods

Overall good organization with a noble purpose. Growing Autism Intervention Program. Good learning opportunity.

Cons

Recent restructuring of HR department has been a disaster. Generally low pay and increases. VP's are" old school" management. Not really trained on current management style. Prone to act impulsively.
