      Pros

      Safety is the top priority Plenty of room to grow Plants across the world with opportunity to travel Excellent compensation Eastman cares about your family, and you are not just a number Excellent culture of hard work, honesty, integrity, and ethics Wonderful community to live and raise a family Beautiful location in the Appalachian Mountains near lakes, etc.

      Cons

      The only con I have heard others say is that the Tri-cities does not have a night life like many large cities. This does not apply to me, so i have a hard time thinking of cons.

      Pros

      * Team oriented environment, everyone truly wants everyone else to succeed * My management has been very understanding when I've needed time to deal with non-work related issues * Eastman is well managed, we stayed pretty healthy during recent financial crisis * Eastman is high integrity, cares about environment and community * Tennessee, home of many employees, has no state income tax

      Cons

      * Kingsport TN where majority of employees are located is not a cultural mecca though the outdoor activities are unparalleled * Not a huge number of other professional job opportunities in Kingsport area
