Pros

Great teams, co-workers. Wonderful community for families, strong values and community support through $$$ and time of employees. Amazing results given the time constraints/volume of work/high expectations and growth.

Cons

People have difficulty comparing what we have now to what is available elsewhere and seeing how lucky we are. The big pensions and free health care are gone for everyone. Understand we have the best of what is out there now.
