Pros

Eastridge has an incredible culture and delivers on the promises made prior to employment. Great opportunity career for growth. The environment is team based with culture that has you rooting for your teammates to succeed. The company has a great focus on innovation and making sure everyone has the tools to succeed. The Million Dollar Matchmaker program has brought all divisions closer together. Everyone wants to win the Tesla and most importantly help each other out with introductions. Lots of positive momentum throughout the organization.

Cons

If you do not like to be busy, it is not the company for you. There is a lot of positive growth, so everyone works hard.

Pros

-Company has great intentions and good talented people working for them -Option to work from home if you are ill or need to get away from the office after working 10 hours -Open to suggestions that will help with operations and other processes -

Cons

-There is little or no training and expected to be "perfect" at everything -Branch managers have unprofessional relationships with account managers and discusses performance of others in the office. There are "clicks" within the office. Makes for an uncomfortable office space. -You get different direction from each leader, VP will say one thing, branch manager will say another. No clear direction. -Most leadership happens via email. Follow up is weak. -Roles are blurred -There's a group of mean people who bully others -Some leaders left out of office decisions and expectations but held accountable for them -Hard to work for there's long hours and if you try to leave on time you are looked at as if you're lazy. -

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. You have been specific and this information will help. We are investing heavily in training as demonstrated by the online tools available for technology, the addition of our new Director of HR, and the new Director of Operations for Las Vegas. I also believe these moves will have an impact on performance management, employee engagement, and staff and leadership development. Will be adding even more training to be rolled out at our annual conference in December. Please hang in there - our Las Vegas market is growing fast but we are adding resources.

Pros

The interview process went smoothly with about a month between my initial submission of my application, interviewing three times and then receiving the employment offer. Every person I have met with has been engaging and shows fantastic enthusiasm for the company and fellow staff members. Great benefits are provided and pay.

Cons

There has not been anything I can critique for a "con." I have loved working here- the company, work flow, co-workers, communication. It's great!
