      Eastridge is a place that will give you every opportunity that you ask for, and give you the chance to prove yourself over and over again. With hard work, perseverance, and a little creativity, you can go far at Eastridge. This is an exciting time to be a part of this company, since we are experiencing such rapid growth. As long as your skill set is fluid, and your drive and ambition are apparent, you will do well and have fun doing it.

      Cons

      Eastridge is growing at such a rapid pace, it can be challenging to know exactly who does what and when. Not all job roles are clearly defined - though that is part of the excitement that makes the work so rewarding and challenging.

      The best thing about Eastridge is the people... a company is only as strong as the individuals that make it. There's a true sense of community and family here at Eastridge that makes it a great place to spend the majority of your day. They are committed to development and transparency and keeping a unity among the team from company wide conference calls to fun sales competitions with prizes like a Tesla! Eastridge is a great place for someone with a strong work ethic, that's driven for success, and loves people.

      Staffing is staffing.... you can work at the greatest company with the best culture, leadership, and opportunities for growth and still have days where your candidates, clients, and role are challenging.

      Pros

      I've been a full time employee in the Las Vegas area for several years and I couldn't be happier. The man I report to in town JB is a true leader. He seriously is amazing at what he does as well as having a big heart. If you are willing to work this job is very rewarding. The entire team here including all divisions are happy to refer business to each other and do. There is room for advancement if that is what you are looking for, the President worked his was up from a sales position. The owner of the company is very involved and in touch. He can offer advice that is right on the money. He sons are also involved in the company and I tell you it has been amazing the changes they have brought to the company over the last year. It may sound like I have drank the kool-aid but tell me another company out there that has a contest going on where every employee has a chance to win a tesla? I don't know of another. I am proud to say I love my job!
