Pros

The administrative personnel are friendly and welcoming. Parties a couple of times a year are fun. President is accessible to all employees.

Cons

Employees are all miserable and hate their jobs. Pay is low but since most employees are graduates of this bad school they don't deserve more, managers work half the hours of their employees and expect the world. This school is stuck in the past when it comes to using technology to help students and employees do their jobs. If you can find work elsewhere take it. If not it's not a bad stepping stone to better positions in higher education.

Pros

You will do the work of at least 2 - 3 people. Wearing many hats allows you to learn the ins and outs of many positions. You can take this experience and go elsewhere.

Cons

They don't care about individuals, high expectations, you will be cursed at, morale is very low, people are more concerned with keeping their jobs than doing them, they do not pay you at all (people that ask for more get shown the door), you are not given the materials you need to do your job, many people have fallen into unsavory tactics in recruiting because although they are jaded they need their jobs. These are examples of good days.
