Pros
+ Family like environment, people are welcoming. + You have direct access to the President no matter who you are in the organization. He's a friendly and thankful man that you have to respect. + There is a good amount of interplay between the departments and people help others. + They throw some amazing parties + Management is not the type to demand hard work while they rest on their laurels. They work hard too
Cons
- You have the work of three people and get paid way less than other places. Way, way less. - Super demanding and not very generous in compensation - Lack of benefits
