Pros

Great place to work with top notch management from top to bottom. I've had a blast working here for over 10 years. Mr. Eastwick is so chill and down to earth and he cares for his employees. You don't find that everywhere.

Cons

I don't have any negative experiences to report.

Pros

Some of the faculty are very well respected and provide quality education.

Cons

Management tends to be more and more isolated and much less focus on student success than enrollment and prestige.

Pros

Depending on Manager ability to work on your own as long as you get the job done. I really love my job but it is not for everybody. OK benefits for fulltimers.

Cons

Each location has a different style of management in place. Morale can be very low depending on department. No real HR so nobody to "talk to" regarding any internal issues.
