Corporate owners are available to meet and speak with personally. Great product offering with good compensation & benefits package. Owner and other divisions are top notch!

Cons

Triad Division - Area President lacks the knowledge,leadership capabilities or communication skills for an individual in this position to retain or recruit sales associates. Unprofessional activities to include screaming, use of foul language and punishment for seeking corporate HR Assistance. Lack of corporate support in making necessary adjustments or support for the employees when the Division President is acting as the Sales Manager.

Defensive division manger that is usually too late with his decision. Clearly management lack education. Employees appreciation is clearly fake. Poor communication from management

Pros

Eastwood Homes is family owned and operated, and that culture runs throughout the entire organization really making it a great place to work. Eastwood Homes leadership staff really cares about their employees and customers alike; I am proud to work with such a world class organization.

Cons

Eastwood does not provide a national corporate environment, it's a local builder that is run locally, but that may not be a drawback for some people.
