Pros

Corporate owners are available to meet and speak with personally. Great product offering with good compensation & benefits package. Owner and other divisions are top notch!

Cons

Triad Division - Area President lacks the knowledge, leadership capabilities or communication skills for an individual in this position to retain or recruit sales associates. Unprofessional activities to include screaming, use of foul language and punishment for seeking corporate HR Assistance. Lack of corporate support in making necessary adjustments or support for the employees when the Division President is acting as the Sales Manager.

Pros

Eastwood builds a good product. You can make decent money if you are willing to overlook the organizational shortcomings.

Cons

I left because I saw less qualified people get recognition, bonuses, and promotions while I was being asked to train them. I left because management does not know enough to train on any aspect of the business, but holds you accountable to know more than they do. I left because when I brought a problem to the managerment, somehow I became "the problem." I left because I was asked to be an informal leader, but got punished every time I led. I left because "We're like a family" meant they would take advantage of me and turn around to ask me to demonstrate my loyalty. I left because when I got there, they canceled my training due to turnover and asked me to do that work at a discounted rate. But when I achieved goals above & beyond the norm and asked for what I earned, I was told that the "out of reach" compensation in the company agreement changed for the high achievers, and I would receive a fraction of what I was owed. I left because it was the final act of self-respect in an environment that didn't deserve my loyalty in the first place.
