      Strong company culture, mediocre compensation

      Pros

      A great place to work right out of school. Management seems to have a good head on their shoulders, but individual teams/contracts can be all over the place. Remote work was an excellent perk.

      Cons

      Compensation was nothing special, and yearly increments/raises (analyst to senior analyst) were not significant.

      Great experience working for Easy Dynamics! People are invested in your success and care about you. The company is filled from the top down with talented and accomplished people who are driving the company forward. The company also offers some great perks, such as unlimited PTO, an annual training stipend, and more.

      Cons

      In some cases, expanding teams would be helpful to ensure a better work-life balance.
