At Eccalon, you have to the autonomy to do your job without the micro management of senior leadership. Ability to collaborate with co-workers and innovate.

Cons

No cons to think of, the company is growing and headed in the right direction

The company is a black owner company and some of the people that work there actually care about you.

Cons

This company does not make everyone feel as they are a part of the company. The do not offer the employees any incentives to work for them. They only look out for themselves and do not have the employee best at heart. The moral is very low, they do not give annual increases as they should. I have seen in contracts that annual increases was written in the contract and that is not pass on to the employee. If you want a company that cares about you and have your best interest at heart and will treat you fairly do not work for Eccalon they are only interested in the company bottom line and not the employee.
