Good, talented people that work well as a team! You can directly contribute to the success of a project without fear of retribution if you fail. Great guidance without being micro managed.

Pros

Everyone on the team gave me an incredibly warm welcome. Not sure what some of the other reviews are about but this has been one of the best places I've worked. My prior workplace was a start-up with a really toxic management culture, and coming to Eccalon has been a massive breath of fresh air.

Cons

None that I can think of so far.
