Pros

My manager made it a great place to work at. Co workers were GREAT.

Cons

They lead you on and give you all kinds of work and say you will be promoted and then they lay you off without notice because my job is no longer available. Pay is low for logistics HR is very rude!!

While we understand this was a difficult event, as a company we do what we can to assist our employees the best we can which was why Echo provided all those that were impacted with a transition package and other resources to assist them.

Don’t work here

Pros

When it was remote you could swallow the low pay and tedious nature of the job.

Cons

The pay is terrible. To this day I still don’t understand my compensation. No transparency within the company. No career growth. Forcing you to come back to work even though my job has been completely remote for 2 years. Sexist, entitled upper management that pushes bro like work culture. Management is a mess. It’s embarrassing how poorly this company is run. Do anything else with your life!

Pros

Large 3PL to get your foot in the door for logistics.

Cons

- Poor management. - No room for growth in the company unless you are at HQ. - If you are in a branch, they move up people who are either romantically involved with management. - There is no one on one meetings with management for professional growth. - There is no transparency for bonus structure and no there is no transparency for commission structure for client sales and carrier sales. - They do not have a formal training for managers, so managers are mainly staffed by senior sales or operations staff. Therefore they have no education on how to manage a team effectively. - There seems to be a lack of wanting to collaborate as a team for problem solutions.
