      Don't Fall for "Uncapped Commission"

      Pros

      Great health insurance, 4% 401K employer match, some growth opportunities, hybrid schedule. Good communication/engagement from C-Suite.

      Cons

      No diversity in office or C-Suite, outdated PTO, low pay for A LOT of work. Sales reps are also expected to be operations reps, customer service reps, accounting reps, AND make 40+ cold calls all for a measly $55k salary (now 50k for new hires)(about 47k after taxes). Don't fall for the "uncapped commission" BS. Also, the freight market is a disaster right now and it's almost impossible to close new business.
