      decent work and pay for the skills required, dangerous

      4 day work week, lots of stress free driving time, some spare time to do odd chores/shopping, big company, vacation and sick time, decent benefits

      Cons

      dangerous rooftop work in MD. most times by yourself. fiberglass ladders are very heavy, managers may make less than the field techs

      Pros

      Interesting work and good co-workers. Flexible shift hours.

      Cons

      Poor benefits. Company expects to be able to contact employees at all times even when sick or on vacation. There are no exceptions. Company has an open door policy, but several co-workers seem to have been let go for making access of it.
