Pros

Literally nothing. Do not work here.

Cons

Without question, this is the most appallingly mismanaged company I have ever had the misfortune of working for. The sheer dysfunction and staggering incompetence of leadership are enough to drive even the most patient employee to the brink. However, beyond the chaos and ineptitude, the company actively engages in unethical practices, including blatant extortion, exploitation, coercion, and intimidation against its own workforce. This is not just a toxic work environment—it is a place where employees are systematically undermined, manipulated, and subjected to a culture of fear and deception. Management operates with complete disregard for integrity, professional growth, or even basic human decency. Any semblance of accountability is nonexistent, and the leadership's priorities lie solely in self-preservation at the expense of its employees. No job, salary, or circumstance is worth enduring this level of dysfunction and abuse. If you value your sanity, your self-respect, and your professional future—STAY AWAY. Consider this your warning.

Pros

Working with highly skilled technical innovators

Cons

- Some leadership is very unprofessional and toxic. - Badging in and out - with some locations basically not allowed to go outside on their break as it will affect your timesheets, which in turn affect your PAs. - You have to adhere to ridiculous requests such as the mandatory use of Boost Mobile and wearing orange t-shirts on Fridays (self-sourced). Otherwise it will affect the PAs and in some instances people were told that would get you on the potential termination list.
