Pros

Most of the work was done in house which provided for both software and hardware development. It was great to be a part of such a very talented group of proffessionals

Cons

Sales stuck in the past. Inability to figure out how to sell a great product on the internet or direct to consumers, which is much different than pushing product to a sister company. Decision to close the Atlanta office seemed to be a rivalry driven, hidden agenda based decision.

Pros

Good, smart people for the most part. A great place to gain knowledge that you should take to your next job. The paycheck cleared the bank every two weeks.

Cons

A more poorly run company you will not find. A company run by engineers playing business executives. Made money when the market was so good that a rock as the CEO could have made money. Now, just a bunch of lost balls in high weeds. BTW, the rock is still in charge.
