Heavy Micro management No vision Poor technology Very high turnover Favoritism Lots of lawsuits for failure to pay Overtime Wishy Washy CEO who brings his friends in to run the company into the ground Lack of IT support Haven't picked up a new account since the new President started Long hours..encouraged not to take vacations No work life balance The old company was great. When LaSalle bought Eclipse it was run into the ground.

12.50 is a good pay, but were never guaranteed our 40 hours.

Cons

Back breaking. Objective everyday:get in get out fast. Which means work faster and stronger and the end result is always tired and drained, never wanting to get up the next day.
