The higher the education the more work is forced upon you so you can quit. The less educated the more you are favored by supervisors and managers. Profit over employees.

sorry but when I see a review written by someone in HR like the one on Mar 11 2015 and they say the company is fantastic you should be concerned. the real workers are not buying into this cr*p. what the frick is an EAP? another idea how clueless hr is.
