Pros

Ability to work on your own schedule. Interact with restaurant store owners. Teach and train crews how to use products and services within their establishments. Free company vehicle, free car insurance, company cell, free gas, free company laptop.

Cons

Was given a territory upon hire, and it has drastically changed over time. I currently live outside my territory due to managements lack of attention of where Representatives reside when added businesses force territory changes. Constant overnights (3-4 per week). Was promised this was a sales driven position. In actuality, it is more of a service job. About 80% service, 15% sales, 5% training, and 100% travel.

Good compensation plan and benefits plan. Local management is very supportive in helping you to achieve your goals with the company.

Cons

Internal communication from the top to bottom needs a lot of improvement. Technology improvements seem to be slower than other companies.
