Lack of diversity throughout the company, but especially at leadership levels Not great work/life expectations (makes it harder for people without stay at home partners to advance if they have children or others to care for)

Has a cafeteria for breakfast and lunch.

Cons

They hire a few black people to make it seem like they care about diversity, however, they only hire Black people for lower entry-level roles. It's very hard to get promoted if you're black. If you're thinking about getting a job with Ecosure at Ecolab, get ready to stay in the same position for years on end without getting a promotion, if you are BLACK.

INCREDIBLY TOXIC WORK ENVIRONMENT. Management and upper management don't care about you, you are replaceable. They will minimally train you and expect you to perform miracles. No work/life balance.
