      Great Benefits, Flexible work environment. World Wide Company. Stable.

      Cons

      Low Headcount. Overworked. Underpaid. Unable to use allotted benefits due to lack of coverage.

      Different rules for different employees

      Pros

      I worked at Ecolab for almost ten yrs. I was in a very high position for a longer time than anyone else. A new supervisor came in. She was going thru a divorce & on meds which made her parinoid. She went to her boss & told him I was gossiping about her. I was removed from my position even tho I denied her lies. Ecolab doesn't check things out thoroughly. Moral of the story: don't bring your personal problems to work. They ended up going thru several admins after me because no one could work work with her.

      Cons

      They don't take the time to realize who their valuable employees are and the good ones are all leaving. Don't look now Ecolab, but your competition is ramping up on you!!
