      Pros

      Make your own schedule Company vehicle Corporate credit card Laptop Life balance Good team if you don’t have support you’ll fail. Free food from some of your accounts. Meeting good people

      Cons

      If you’re OK, with being a plumber, electrician, chemist, customer service, repossession, salesperson. Working alone. Extra calls through out the day that are unexpected. Then this is the job for you. That includes dish machines, laundry dispenser, and pool dispensers. You will be working with high-voltage commercial dish machines. Dangerous chemicals. Stressful environment on certain days. Troubleshooting resolving issues with machines and dispensers. Account issues. Ordering issues etc. not all the time but those are the cons. If you have a good team, take the support but support your team as well.

      Decent benefits. One of the few places to still have a pension.

      Cons

      Lots of growing pains and mismanagement within the digital space. No coaching, accountability, clear job definitions, and lots of overworked and underpaid people. Universal HR policies without exceptions, like the hybrid work policies. No opportunities for fast upward mobility or proper recognition of hard work. Toxic culture with lots of pointing fingers. All of the people in positions of power are older, white men. Senior management has no idea what the people under them do and often get in the way of that work or make it harder than it needs to be. Avoid this department.

      most dysfunctional organization I've ever worked for

      Pros

      Good pay, good benefits and other amenities. job security.

      Cons

      lots of infighting amongst the various divisions. Deals are so complicated and involve so many people that the deal cycle is 3x longer than it needs to be. 1 person in legal to handle everybody's agreements.
