Pros

Great residents to work with. Definitely no shortage of hours. Most of the staff is nice a few ruin it (like every where)

Cons

Extremely poor management. Certain managers you never even see. Absolutely no room for growth and terrible pay for what we do. Hardly over min wage even tho the company brings in close to 5 million (max)

Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. We always appreciate feedback and encourage you to also speak with Luther Park at Sandpoint's new Administrator about your concerns. Ecumen appreciates the hard work and dedication it requires to work in senior housing and services. We’re committed to retaining top employees and we generally pay higher than our competitors and continue to increase wages for our direct care teams.
