Pros

Ecumen is one of the most flexible and friendly environments I have ever worked in. The work is complex and challenging, but very rewarding. We serve our residents and their families so you really feel good about the work we do. I really like the Velocity Leadership Program - it is a great program to reflect on your leadership style and develop further as a leader.

Cons

I think the company has some work to do around individual goal setting and developing training that can assist all employees with their development. Some of this is offered however it would be nice if more options were available.
