Pros

I have been working at Ecumen for a little over a month now and the on-boarding process has been very positive. Throughout the application and interviewing process, HR was friendly and timely with their responses and decisions. All of my colleagues have made me feel very welcome and have created a place where I feel like I can learn and grow in my career.

Cons

At this time, I have no cons about working at Ecumen.

Pros

I have been in the "caring" industry for 40 years, acute, long term and assisted and served in a number of leadership roles. Ecumen is the most caring, employee centered work site that I have been involved with. The Leadership Team truly cares for those who work here and are committed to caring for those we are entrusted to care for. There is a strong willingness to help one another and to assist one another in succeeding.

Pros

As a newer employee with Ecumen, I am so impressed with this organization. Ecumen clearly cares about their employees and provides support and opportunity at all levels. I've worked in health care for over 30 years and this is truly the best organization I have ever worked for.

Cons

At this point, I cannot think of a "con".
